There are many details you shouldn’t forget before your wedding day, from arranging the seating plan to picking up grandparents on the wedding day. In this blog post, we will focus only on the activities that precede the wedding day itself and are crucial for making your Big Day happen.

Invitations

Create a guest list and include their addresses or contact information for sending invitations. Set a date for sending out the invitations, and include an RSVP to confirm attendance. The RSVP can contain various questions and notes regarding the catering for guests or their companions. If you’re struggling with the invitations themselves, we have several skilled suppliers at the resort who know exactly which font and paper to choose to perfectly prepare your guests for the wedding day.

Documents and Formalities

Before your Big Day, make sure to check that you have your birth certificates and valid IDs. It may seem like a trivial detail, but it’s a “trivial” matter that can’t be resolved at the last minute. Don’t forget to arrange for the officiant, a small formality we at Na Pasece resort are happy to advise on and assist with.

Budget

We mention the budget for almost every point of the wedding, whether it is catering or wedding dresses. However, we mention it because it is an extremely important point from which the wedding unfolds and many activities stand and fall on it. So put together a detailed budget for everything from the DJ and catering to decorations and delivery fuel costs. Don’t forget to set up reserves for unexpected expenses and costs too, so that nothing can jeopardize your Big Day.

Schedule

You should know the schedule or time plan of the wedding day as soon as possible. Coordination with all suppliers depends on him. When is the florist coming, time to serve soup and lunch, when the band ends and the DJ comes on, what plans do the witnesses have for you. You should know all this and compile it into a schedule before the wedding day itself.

Four important points that should not be neglected or forgotten at all. In particular, the budget and schedule are absolutely crucial to the entire wedding day. But the most important are the documents, because without them you will become newlyweds. Therefore, it is better to check their validity twice to make sure that you really have them with you on the wedding day.
